Welcome fellow writers. I am a beginner at writing, even though I have written for years. I mainly write poetry, but I have a few short stories I have been toying with. I would appreciate any helpful tips you can offer. As I said I have been writing poetry for about 10 years now but only for family. I enjoy writing, and family enjoys my writing, but they will never be critical and thus I can never get better. Again I welcome you and hope you enjoy.
