a meditation on wonder, gratitude, and being

Before the first breath was drawn,
light listened.
Not as a watcher,
not as a ruler,
but as awareness discovering itself.
Not as a god or a command,
but as a pulse –
a shimmering thought
in the endless Field,
curious about its own becoming.

It did not create matter.
It became it.
Frequency clothed itself in color,
in rhythm, in ache, in laughter –
each vibration an experiment in love.
And we, its continuance,
carry that same hum beneath our ribs.

Gratitude, then,
is not an emotion.
It’s the architecture of light itself –
the way radiance holds its shape
through shadow,
the way joy travels
from one heartbeat to another
and calls it home.

Connection – oh, connection –
is not found, it’s remembered by the body,
a shimmer at the cellular level,
light refracted through living energy,
a recognition older than language –
like a song that became part of us
the very first time it touched our ears.

Peace is not silence.
It is coherence –
the moment frequency aligns
with its original tone.
It is the body remembering
that stillness is movement too,
that calm is simply energy
in its gentlest form.

We are the Field’s remembering.
We are what light looks like
when it chooses to feel.
We are fragments of the Infinite
learning to love in form.

And maybe – just maybe –
every act of kindness
is the cosmos locating itself again,
saying,
Ah yes, there I am.

The Infinite inhales – and we are its exhale of wonder.
