Favorite Bible Passage Verse Psalm 23

Prompt: Write about your favorite passage and why is it your favorite.

Psalm 23: The Lord is my shepherd. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me besides still waters. He restoreth my soul , he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of shadow of death, I will fear no evil for thou art with me, thy rod and staff comfort me.

I have always loved this verse. I find it comforting when I feel down and need God and Jesus. It is a verse used at funerals and I feel it speaks to my heart. I treasure this verse always.
