Calm ocean stretches out As far as the eye can see. I walk across the expanse of sand Dropping into a swing hammock That rocks gently in the breeze. The heat, so powerful, It saps my strength Leaving me lethargic And not interested in doing anything But lay here And let time pass me by. Such is this vacation. Line count = 12.
