| It's been a while since I posted here, only because it's been pretty busy around here. I have a lot I could blog about both here and in my other blogs, unfortunately I just haven't had a lot of time. However, I did do my measurements on Saturday and logged the results in my notebook and I'm still growing smaller, even though the scale claims I'm staying the same weight. Honestly, I like measuring, it shows progress much better than the scale does. Weight: 250 - 243; down 8 pounds Fasting: I haven't done a fast in 9 days. Sleep: Fair Health/How I feel: Fair Logging Food/Nutrients: 35 day streak Body Measurements: Neck: 17 - 17 Chest: 49 - 49 Stomach: 50.5 - 49 down 1.5 inches Hips: 43 - 42.5 Thighs: 25 - 24.5 down .5 inches Body Fat: 38.7 - 36.9 (Military Method) I'm still going out hiking as the weather and time allows, today I went three miles with a ten pound pack.
