Life has a way of handing us lessons
First it nudges you in the right direction
But if we don't acknowledge the small proddings
It ups the approach and adds more force
Until one day a sledge hammer pummels you
Into facing facts - you need to make a change.
All we can do is take a deep breath
And move forward into the learning.
