Naps
Ahh, naps... The bane of productivity, right?
When one takes time to close their eyes and do nothing
Nothing gets done!
But sometimes, it's just what we need:
A rest, a reset, a moment of peace and mindfulness
Or simply a moment to sleep.
When we wake up, we are more focused
And feel more like accomplishing something.
