Modern Art
Prompts day 21: Story to feature a crime.

Under cover of darkness, Frank and Joe broke into the Museum of Modern Art. Fully equipped, they started vandalizing everything they could reach.

Frank slashed canvasses in half. He turned them upside down on the wall. He spray painted art pieces and spilled paint cans. Joe knocked a few statues over and stuck blobs of chewing gum on stuff. He added a blindfold and party hat to a bust. Together they scattered trash, hanging toilet paper banners everywhere.

“We done yet?” Joe asked at last.

“Yeah! We've wrecked the place.”

In the morning, headlines read: Bold New Exhibition Draws Crowds.
