Prompt:
If someone said "You've changed" to you, what would you think? Would this mean you’ve stopped living your life their way or just differently?

Someone actually said this to me this morning. We were talking about a family member who has given me years of stress and worry.
“You’ve certainly changed the way you react to her dramas these days,” the person said.
I guess what she meant was I’d stopped buying into it, stopped trying to fix the unfixable and lowered my expectations. All these are for the better. Better for my stress levels and blood pressure. This all goes to prove even a very old dog can learn new habits. Let’s see if they continue.
