Below 👇 I wrote my weekly goals for the first time In over 2 weeks.

I'm sitting in a half lotus 🪷
Trying to get some hello and ✍️ writing out to y'all!

When so many people are becoming divided it's a blessing safe environment to be here.
Kare Enga became friends on Facebook and it's nice to see the beautiful pictures of Temples and flowers 🌺 🌹 from Thailand. It's a blessing.

I see Pwwheeler sharing prayers and cute pictures of Max and her kitties and flowers 🌺 🌹 🩷 there too.

So the rest of this is the weekly goals oh I'm looking into online groups for people with Disc disease and chronic issues!
I found on on the Mayo clinic site that looks helpful and a Catholic support group.
Didn't see yet, in color Notes.

Getting ready to write down Google maps reviews on fraud from eye doctor. Waiting and monitoring the situation. By tomorrow should know which way this will go...

I've been doing them for years since Oregon and have tons of likes on them and my many pictures I've posted across the country!

I'm thankful for here and y'all 🙏 😁.

I've been feeling terrible while trying to get important things done around in my life.

3 weeks of laundry and appointments and the rest.

The spine disc pain is off the chain ⛓️.
Another appointment to hopefully get some relief?

Very happy that 4 merit badgess I ordered came in the mail today 🌹❤️.
I took pictures and want to share and thank the folks who sent em!

Just writing this is a lot for me today.

Don't want to lose my family connection here tho beautiful folks are there for me here, and email and emojis rock the house 🏠 ☯️ ☮️ 🪘 🎸.
I've started dancing last week, ballet 🩰 and rock, swing 🎹🎶 🪽
It's hard to keep it up.
I do some while doing dishes and stuff.

My voice has changed and the high above C has left. Too many cigs and non use. Guitar hasn't been played since June.
I keep hoping things will change and my energy won't be swollowed by this crappy pain.
At least the beast has left and I still have my sense of humor most of the time.

So just making it through the week is my goal...
