In this place I've often set,
Talked with friends and new acquaintances met.
It is a place of joy, love, and peace,
Where my knowledge I've tried to increase.

In this house I've cheered, cursed, and wept,
Over what I've seen on the television set.
Here I've read, eat, and play,
As well as many needle point pillows made.

In this apartment I've prayed, laughed, and slept,
Pulse several appointments kept.
This lived in feeling makes it home,
So far from it I'll never roam.
