Blackwell, Oklahoma Beauty, seen through the eyes of a child, Lays in the little things of childhood. A fleeting memory of a house on a street named College: A street on which there was once a Community College. Knowledge, comprehended through the mind of a child, is Wisdom that an adult doesn't understand. Each story==remembered, retold, reembellished--becomes a Legend, that the next generation perceives as myth: Legend has it that Bonnie and Clyde stayed in town overnight. Outside of all possibilities--I Keep returning to my lost childhood. I keep Looking for the moment that brands the demarcation point. A specific time when legend became myth, reality illusion, and History fantasy. Only through memories can the reality of childhood be relived!
