Equilibrium
Awareness of both
The inner and the outer being.

Equilibrium
Awareness of body and soul;
Of the physical and the spiritual.

Hydrostatic Equilibrium1

Balanced
between two opposing forces,
I exist

because
the intensity of my gravity
limits my expansion

and the heat of pressure
limits
my contractions.
