| Okay. I am always up until midnight.i watched True Grit. Everyone knows I love Glen Campbell. I was happy to be able to see it so I was up later then usual. I was disappointed the USA figure skating couple lost th e Gold Medal. The last two couples after them competed and the one couple from France did better and got the Gold Medal. I almost cried. 30 some Degrees. I get a feeling winter is just taking a break. Wednesday is done. Thursday. I plan on reading today. Writing. I hope to have a story. How was your day? |
| Prompt: Are you watching The Winter Olympics? What do you like about The Winter Olympics? I love that The Olympics are in Milano, Italy. The mountains are beautiful and I love the Church. Just beautiful. I do adore the scenery. I enjoy ice skating. I like the ones guy Iliano. He is the best skater. He does all those jumps. I enjoy watching all the ice skaters. I wish I could do that. The skiing is good. It is like an obstacle course. I haven't seen any snowboarding,, yet. I did see some curling. I enjoy watching that. This is what I love about The Winter Olympics. |
| We are easing into another week. No snow or bad weather. 30 Degrees. Hoping the snow will melt. I have been watching The Olympics. I enjoy the ice skating the best. I am reading Vietnam Nurses Book. I got it yesterday in the mail. No special plans this week. I am waiting for spring. I hope spring will be here soon. |
| 20 some Degrees. I vacuumed. I cleaned the kitchen. I did laundry. I made tuna and Brownies. My Brownies didn't turn out so good. I guess I will just make cakes again. I hadn't made Brownies in a long time. I watched The Olympics. My guy Ilinia won a Gold Medal and the US came in First in Ice Skating. That's good. Lindsay Vonn broke her leg when she fell skiing. I pray for her. Time to start a new week. I hope good things await us. |
| We got some snow and then some sunshine. I washed the quilt my cat sleeps on. She slept on my side of bed before I went to bed last night. I didn't do anything. I watched The Winter Olympics. I do love ice skating. Saturday. Not exciting. Maybe this spring, things will be better. |
| Tonight was the Opening Olympics. The Winter Olympics are in Italy. They had people dressed like they had been painted or colored. They had dancers dressed in white that looked like Greek Goddesses and Gods. I loved when Andrea Borcelli sang. He is a favorite with me. Mariah Carey sang. All the countries athletes came out. The lighting of the torch. The mountain scenery and snow. It is beautiful. Shaun White was there. I loved his skateboarding. I will miss his skateboarding this year. I look forward to the ice skating. This is my favorite. I will be enjoying the Olympics the next 2 weeks. |
| The news is scary anymore. Savannah Guthrie's mother has been kidnapped. Where is the poor woman? Why would someone kidnap her? They sent a ransom note. I pray she gets found. The woman has heart problems. Trump. What is with him wanting Greenland and the ICE Thing? What will his next trick be? Bad things still happen. The bad snow storms. When will winter end? Shootings. Kidnappings. The war in Ukraine. The good news is we have the winter Olympics. I will be watching them especiallyice skating. This will take my mind off things. How is news your way? |
| I went to the Dentist. I had 2 cavities to get filled. I go back in April to get 2 more done. My husband and I went to Bob Evans. We ordered breakfast food. I love their pancakes. I wish I had ordered chicken strips. Going to snow today. Two inches. I will be home today doing laundry. Have a good day, everyone. |
| My cousin and I went to CVS. We needed a few things. We stopped by her house and I got to see her tortoise shell cats. They look like my cat Bella. It was 20 some Degrees but we don't have snow. I am glad. I am selling my mother's house. It needs adjustment with the heating and needs some code adjustments. I hope it all works out. Winter can leave anytime. Your thoughts? |
