Yesterday, I got some unsettling news. I found out that a long time staff member at work was going into semi-retirement and it was going to be her last day. I also found out that we lost a job contract. The company who provided this job decided to go to another company because it offered more money. I really enjoyed working on this job, now it is gone. I woke up ill today. My boyfriend called me early because he's going to see "King Kong" tonight. There was another terrorist attack, this time in London, England. Four individuals are confirmed dead, 20 injured. |
| A lot has happened since my last entry 12 days ago. There's a new diner in town called the Whistle Stop. I've been there twice. On Saturday, we had a family BBQ at my sister-in-law's. I was great to catch up with my family. My nephew got a new job. THANK GOD FOR THAT. Yesterday, I went to my town's Leathertown Festival. I bought a sweat shirt. On the way to the festival, I helped a young couple who was looking for the festival. Later, I had a early dinner with my fiancé at Rallie's Burgers. |
