Eating it by itself allows for complete focus on the texture, the melt, and the nuanced notes of the flavor. My Favorite Flavor? Drumroll please... it has to be Dark Chocolate. While a classic milk chocolate ice cream is comforting and delicious, there's something incredibly alluring about the depth and complexity of dark chocolate.
