PROMPT January 5th

If you could learn the answer to one question about your future, what would the question be?

I’d run a mile from this. I’d absolutely hate to know the future. At my age, it’s got to be bad, doesn’t it?
Can’t think of one good reason anyone would want or need to know the future. I take each day as it comes.
I suppose if I there was some genetic illness that was going to shorten my life significantly if I had the gene and I could find out by a blood test I might think about it. It would be a quandary though. In one way if it was negative you could just get on with life and stop thinking every pain was the illness starting. On the other hand all hope would be dashed if it turned out positive.
