 The Narrow Way Caught in the crevasse of life, the crack ever narrowing, thin sliver of light illuminating, between the vaults of darkness. The past a wall behind us, return is barred forever, the sun merely rebounding off memory’s flat surface. Forward now the last remaining choice, onward as the fissure shrinks, slabs of silence either side, until slammed shut in closure.
