Foster Care Experiences Contest. (Non-Fiction)  Help to improve the experiences of children in the Foster Care System. ** Images For Use By Upgraded+ Only ** This is a monthly contest that rewards experiences and views submitted that are connected with Foster Care.  Rules;  All entries must be Non-Fiction (real, raw, as it is, experiences).  You may submit no more than 3 items per monthly contest. Names and ways to identify actual people/children involved must be avoided. We reserve the rights to edit any entries to ensure this.   Entries should be in bitem format (
(Note) Entries can be posted directly to the forum, posts must not exceed a GC rating. Entries above a GC rating should be emailed to equalchance   No rating bar for entries. Language and descriptions must be set within relevant context.  Judging Criteria;  All entries will be judged on the quality and depth of content. The power and impact of the writing. Usefulness in identifying areas of weaknesses and strengths within the Foster Care System. Clarity of experiences and messages shared.  Prizes; At the end of each monthly period the following prizes will be awarded;  1st Prize Winner – Choice of Awardicon Ribbon plus 10,000 GP’s, or 20,000 GPs 2nd Prize Winner- Choice of Merit Badge or 10,000 GPs 3rd Prize Winner – 5,000 GPs However, all qualifying entries will be awarded a mystery amount of GPs.!!! All entries will be considered for posting on http://www.redking.co.uk/fostercare/ linking back to your portfolio on writing.com. This site aims to raise awareness and share experiences between individuals concerned with improving the quality of care for children/young people within the Foster Care System.
