Ash was in Kanto, he and Ash/Misty had decided go to different places than Ash/Dawn to optimize the short time that they had, before the league started. First they went to Pallet Town, there Ash said hello at his mother and told her the situation, except for the things about Zygarde and the cells. Delia was very happy, because this way, she will have many grandchildren.
Next, they went to Professor Oak's Lab, where Ash met up with many of his Pokémon, after saying hello to Tracy, as Professor Oak was out, and he planned strategies with his Pokémon after informing them about what had happened, while Ash/Misty kept Tracy distracted. During this, Professor Oak suddenly walked in with an unknown girl; the girl had brown long hair & brown eyes, she was wearing a red skirt, blue socks that would be knee-length if it wasn't for the fact that they were baggy, a blue blouse over a sleeveless black shirt, & a white hat.
"Oh, Ash! Long time no see!"
"Hey Professor Oak &...?" Ash trailed off, because he didn't know the girl's name.
"Oh, that's right! Ash, this is Leaf, she started her Pokémon journey the same day as you & Gary." Professor Oak introduced.
"Nice to meet you." Ash greeted as he held out his hand. "Which trainer are you? I know Gary took Squirtle, but I never found out who got the other two."
"Nice to meet you too." The girl said with a smile. "My starter was Bulbasaur."
"What happened with you anyway?" Ash asked. "Professor Oak said you and the trainer that chose Charmander gave up before getting eight badges.
"It's a long story, involving me getting lost a couple of times, and encounters with Team Rocket." She began. "By my understanding, by the time I got my fourth badge, you had just gotten your seventh, and it was too late to catch up. It left me a bit frustrated about the challenge. Then I tried again the next year, and didn't make it as far as you did in your try, so I took a break to train on my own, and try to get my confidence back. I'm ready to try again, but I'm planning on going to Johto first." Professor Oak noticed the presence of Ash/Misty, and decided speaking with her.
"Misty, What are you doing here?" He asked.
"I'm going to be traveling with Ash again!" She said with a beaming smile.
"But, What will happen with the gym?" He asked, a little worried, as he had been happy she'd been able to salvage its reputation.
"It's my sisters' job, they have to learn fulfill their obligations!" Ash/Misty angrily replied crossing her arms. "I shouldn't have to put my life on hold so that they can goof-off, but don't worry, I found a way to make sure they'd take their jobs seriously, and convinced them to be good Gym Leaders." She said with an evil smile.
"Oh... I suppose that that's fine." Professor Oak said nervously, deciding he didn't want to know what she did. "So Ash, what are you doing now now? Aren't you supposed to be in the Kalos League tournament?"
"It was delayed for some reason, so I decided to use on of my newest Pokémon to teleport to Kanto to train in different locations and get some business done before the league." Ash replied.
"It can always be a good idea to go back to the beginning." Professor Oak said with a smile.
"I'll be back, I need to head to the restroom." Leaf said.
"Me too." Ash/Misty said, as she had an idea.

When they was in the bathroom, Ash/Misty waited until Leaf was done, then quickly shoved her back in the stall, wrapped her arms around her, and kissed her on her lips. The brunette froze in shock, unable to resist in time to stop Ash/Misty from putting a drone cell in the Leaf's mouth and forcing her to swallow it. Ash/Misty put her down, and a bit later, the girl got up, looking nervous.
"Wh-What was that-?" Leaf began, before getting cut off.
"Stop!" The girl froze. "Prepare for orders." Ash/Misty commanded. Leaf stood at attention.
"What are your orders, mistress?" Leaf asked with a robotic tone.
"First, to make sure, answer me, do you know who I really am?" Ash/Misty questioned.
"Yes, mistress. You are really a copy of Ash Ketchum inhabiting the body of Misty." Leaf replied, able to tell because of her cell being a drone of Ash, bound to his will.
"Good. Are you in love with anyone?" Ash/Misty asked.
"No, mistress." She denied.
"From now on, you are madly in love with Ash Ketchum, no matter what body he is in. The thought of being around us, serving us, doing anything you can for us turns you on, especially the thought of doing romantic and sexual things with the original male Ash. As you are in love with Ash Ketchum, the thought of being surrounded by multiple Ashes is especially appealing, and you want to increase my harem in order to have more Ashes around." Ash/Misty began.
"Y-Yes, mistress!" Leaf replied, squirming, but trying to continue standing at attention.
"When you travel to Johto & head to find the me in Clair's body and help her as needed. If, on the way, you find Lyra or Macy you will add them to the group, with Zygarde Cells, not drone cells." Ash/Misty said. "Unfortunately, I have no regular cells, just drone ones, so you must get one from the original Ash himself."
"I understand, mistress!" Leaf exclaimed, looking forward to this task from her master/mistress/love of her life.
"Also, when you are with someone who isn't a version of me, a slave, or knows about you being a slave, you will act normal, just madly in love with Ash Ketchum." Ash/Misty replied. "You're free to move" Leaf instantly went to show her appreciation to her mistress.
Leaf and Ash/Misty left of the bathroom, both had smiles on their faces, and an idea in their minds 'Make Ash's harem bigger!'
