In the "I Choose You" movie, the characters who took Charmander and Bulbasaur are always being referred to by anything mentioning them as Tierno and Marina (the Orange Islands character, not the anime counterpart of the female player character from Crystal), but there is no evidence that I've seen beyond looking similar (and with cases like the Joys, Jennies, and Don Georges, along, with Salvia to Dawn and Jessebelle to Jessie, that doesn't give a strong argument) for that to be the case, heck, the "Marina" in the movie can't even have that argument, because she's only seen from the back (no face shot), has significantly darker hair, and has shorter hair with the proportions on the lower part being different due to lenghth.
For choice two, in this reality, Grace and Serena moved to Pallet Town, due to Grace seeing how smitten with Ash Serena was.
For choice three, this is the female player from the Alola games. In the anime, she never went to Alola, and, in the games, she canonically came from Kanto.
