What happens? Just to make sure it's known, time travel won't have any impact on any girls being possessed by you, leaving you still in their bodies even after time being rewound. In all of these choices, you possess Sothis.

In choice two, you end up right as Shez is about to die (this is still the Three Houses timeline, so Arval isn't around, and Shez is a girl in this path)
