Just as you reply to him, letting him know you'll play with him, you both see a caretaker approaching. She walks up to you and Sammy, and lifts up his skirt to check his Pull Up. He doesn't appear to need a change, and the caretaker then moves over to you. She's surprised to find out that despite your size, you're not wearing a diaper.
