Laura put aside her phone, and inspected her body. Yes, she was slim... but also weak and scrawny. She touched her arms - it was as if there was only bone right under her skin. She remembered all those times she needed to lay down for a while, after coming back from shopping... with bags only half packed with groceries.
In her mind flashed images of fitness models. Maybe many of them did not have biggest busts or butts... but their figures were always jaw dropping. "Maybe... maybe being stronger would not be so bad?" she said to herself.
Laura picked up her phone, and started typing: I am stronger. But she did not hit enter. Stronger... but how much? she pondered. Should she start small, to check if this is really what she wants, or should she just go all in for muscles?
