(Ok, I am just gonna rewrite this, but I will include the next part. Do not worry. I just remembered that a couple years ago, I wrote a part for this, and when I went back, wow. My writing sucked. So let me fix this.
And if the colors don't work for some reason, just know that Red's color is.... well, red.
I'm just testing the colors here, so that way I know how it works, depending on if the color commands got updated.
...
...
Ok, enough testing. Here we go!)
( Previous part. )
You gulped a bit, as you realized Red was staring right at you. But to your surprise, he just nodded, and turned back to look at the forest area.
".....what?" You thought, confused.
He acknowledged you, but he turned away? What was the big deal?
"Hey! Can you help me out here?!" You shouted, a bit with a angry tone.
......
All of a sudden, Red snapped his fingers, as his body began to glow, before.... he just vanished?
"What the? Hey! Where did you-"
All of a sudden, you were interupted by a mysterious voice.
"Look behind you."
You, startled, jumped back, and looked behind you.
Sure enough, it was Red. But why was he the same height as you?
"You ok, buddy?
Sure enough, Red just talked. If it wasn't for you so worried about being small, you'd be stunned that Red, the legendary Pokemon Master, just spoke.
"Y...yeah. I just woke up, and all of a sudden-"
"You got shrunk down? Same thing happened to me."
Now you were confused. Just a minute ago, he was a normal height. There isn't anyway he got struck by this, too!
.....right?
"But.... you just-"
"Yeah, I don't know what happened either, but I was able to use my own Pokemon's power in order to grow back to normal, but it only lasts for a short time. So, pretty much, I'm under the same situation as you are, buddy."
He was dead serious. And if he was, then you know he was telling the truth.
"Hey, buddy. How about if I get you atop Mt Silver, I can get you a substitute cure for now, and then we figure out the rest later?"
( Part 2. Sorry again. I just felt the need to rewrite this. )
"....That sounds like a good idea! Let me join you!"
"Alright. Just note, I gotta grow back to normal so the adventure is a lot easier, but I also gotta get my bag. So, do you mind chilling in there?"
Although it seemed a bit weird at first, you thought for sure it was a lot better than trying to go on foot. Rather, anything could kill you. Even a leaf at this size.
"No. I don't mind."
All of a sudden, Red disappeared, as soon, he appeared to be his normal size again.
"For the record, don't tell anyone else I can talk, Ok? I normally can't, but since this is a life or death case for you, I gotta help out the best I can. Promise?"
"....I promise." You said, a little worried what he would do if you broke his trust.
"Good. Now climb on."
He lowered his hand, as he opened it up. You took a second, as you climbed into his hand, resting on his palm.
"Hey, in case you get hungry, I'll leave you by the berries. You have to eat too, buddy."
With his other hand, he opened up a side pocket on his bag, opening up the berry pouch.
"If it gets too uncomfortable in there, I'll help you out."
You nod your head, as he seemed to be very trustworthy. You knew a legendary trainer like him wouldn't just harm or abandon a innocent person.
He brought you closer, before tilting his hand, causing you to slide down, and land on a couple berries. They were quite soft, but wow. A oran berry was at least 2 times the size of your body.
"Are you comfortable in there? You aren't hurt, are you?"
"Yeah! I'm good, and don't worry!" You shouted back, not harmed in any way.
"My name is Red. What's yours?"
You told him your name, not caring what his reaction was.
"Not a bad name, that's for sure. Now, lets get going! We only got a few hours before my energy wears off, and I don't wanna leave you abandoned!"
He left the berry patch open for you, so you could get some air. He didn't leave it too wide open to where you could fall out.
Soon, the both of you began your Journey...... for at least 20 seconds.
"Hey, Red!"
"...?"
You heard the voice too, as that could only mean one thing. A trainer wanted to battle.
Who was this trainer?
