you decide this is probably your best chance at any sort of job, so you follow him. Instead of leading you through the main stables where sales are made, he takes you around the back and into the administrative section. He stops you in front of a door, and says "Most of the process of jobs and paychecks and such are handled automatically. It's basically a quest. All you need to do is equip one of these.
