The TV blared at the same time you eyes shot open to realize you had almost fallen asleep watching Cowboy Bebop. Again. Turning off the TV you shuffled back into bed and awaited another night of dreamless sleep.
Suddenly you jolted awake to find you were not in your bedroom. You found yourself in the middle of a dirt road that appeared to stretch on farther than your eyes could see. You turned and noticed the buildings towering about you like skyscrapers. You counted the floors to find the buildings were only two stories. Rubbing your eyes in disbelief you counted. "One. Two." Sure enough it was only two stories high and yet to you they must have been thousands of feet tall.
Thoom!
A loud shockwave rattled you and sent your thoughts scurrying. A pillar of white landed just a few yards away from your perspective. Then you realized that pillar was an enormous white boot. A boot that was connected to a foot. As your eyes trailed up you spotted a pair of yellow shorts. Shorts that were attached to a body that was far too large for you to make out. A body that was so far away, that was actually right next to you. Your brain struggled to comprehend.
A giant hand reached out towards you. A hand that could easily snuff the life out of you if it was so inclined. It came closer and closer, until it was close enough to cover your entire body. You froze as the immense hand hung in sky above you. Time slowed to a crawl as the hand hovered over you covering you in its shadow.
Then suddenly, it moved. The hand grabbed you, scooping you up. It felt as though an earthquake was shaking the earth as you were rattled about by the hand's movement. You were being held, the fingers wrapped around you and then it started to lift. As it did, the sky started to get smaller and smaller, and the ground got farther and farther away.
The hand brought you to an eye level. An eye level that was hundreds of feet in the air. You gazed into the eye. The pupil was gigantic, and it was the color of a stormy sea. It's verdant green waters an ocean swirling with might that made you tremble. The sclera was white as snow. The eyelashes were long and delicate. You looked down to see a yellow buttoned shirt with the top button straining to contain two colossal breasts.
Your eyes trailed up once more, and you were met by the gaze of the enormous woman, her eyes still locked onto you. She was the size of a building and yet her face was beautiful, with full cheeks and a nose that was a perfect slope. Her lips were pouty, and they parted as she began to speak. "Are you okay little one?"
She asked, her voice as gentle as a whisper and yet you could feel her breath shake your world. On instinct you moved to protect your ears from the noise.
"Oh sorry." She whispered, "I forgot how sensitive tiny ears must be." The giant woman shot you an apologetic look.
Your mind was racing. She was talking to you. A woman the size of a skyscraper was talking to you. What were you supposed to say? How could you possibly respond. "I-I'm okay!" You called out. The giantess's mouth opened in a smile, exposing her rows of shining teeth.
"I'm glad to hear it little one. I don't normally consider myself a friendly person, but seeing such a small thing like you out here worries me. Are you sure you are okay?"
You couldn't believe what was happening. You were being held in the palm of a giant woman, and she was worried about you.
"My name is Faye Valentine. And you are?"
You gulped. "I-I'm Y/N"
"That's a nice name." She said.
"Thank you."
"Tell me little one, how did a sweet thing like you get so small?" Faye smiled
"I-I don't know." You rubbed your head nervously.
"Well that's alright. You're safe now. I won't let anything hurt you." Faye moved her head upward and you were left right before her chest.
You felt a strange sensation. As though the world was swaying. You looked up to see that Faye had begun walking, her long legs carried you and her gently across the dirt path. You watched her strides. They were each the size of an Olympic pool, and she walked with ease, like she was taking a stroll through a park. It was strange seeing a being so large moving so gracefully.
She seemed to notice your gaze.
"Something wrong little one?" She asked inquisitively..
