1. The change took a few moments delay. He finds himself in the middle of the biggest and most luxurious bedroom he's ever seen, in the most comfortable bed he's ever been in and.....as fat as Owen if not fatter. Yeah it turns out that just because he has a harem of girls willing to share him doesn't mean their not still fighting over him. Generally trying to spoil him for his attention, which usually takes the form of trying to show whose the best at anything...including apparently cooking as their constantly making him stuff and asking which he likes better.
2. Like above, except he was incredibly muscular. Apparently this version of him in this timeline didn't think it fair he be surrounded with beautiful women if he wasn't as attractive to them as they were to him. So he invested into getting into great shape.
3. 'Diverse appearances that still match my taste'...there were things on his computer at home that he'd never admit to looking up. Drawings of girls with breasts that were too big to exist in real life. Giant girls. Witches. Aliend. Demons. Angels in unangelic positions. Girls that had animal features and he didn't just mean cat ears...the book took 'diverse' and ran with it.
4. This wasn't the only reality show being shot on the island. His life was an MTV style reality show about the lives of him and all his girlfriends living in on an island. This 'new season' was about how they were dealing with another reality show being shot on his property...and the public were just as interested in seeing who the first new girl would be than they were on the eliminations
