Robert and John walked up to the fence. It was scratched and damaged. A few boards were missing here and there.
"Do you think rustlers did this?" John asked.
Billy, who was out playing, came up to the two.
"Daddy," he asked. "Mommy said she needs to see you."
"Not now," Robert said. "We have to figure out what rustlers did this damage to the fence."
Billy looked worried. He ran to the farmhouse to tell Julia what he heard.
That night, after dinner, Billy slipped away from his family and out the door. He came to the damaged fence and found three werewolves with white fur and red eyes. The two bigger ones were adults, a male and a female, the smaller one was a baby. All three were curled up on the ground in agony.
"I've got you now, rustlers!" Billy cried. "You've got two seconds to get out of here! Any last words?"
The baby huffed and puffed and cried.
"I can't do it," Billy said. "You don't look so good."
Robert and Julia had come out of the house and saw what was going on.
