You’re sitting at a table on the river walk that runs by the cafe when Naomi suddenly appears. But she doesn’t just appear out of nowhere. She launches herself out of the water and lands squarely at your table, as neatly as a dismounting gymnast.
You stare in wonder as the beautiful brunette opens a clear, waterproof bag she was carrying and pulls out a towel to dry herself off. As she does so, you surreptitiously check Naomi out. Even though she’s wearing a conservative swimsuit, it still reveals she has a slender but busty build. Her straight hair is almost waist length, and she has clear blue eyes and lightly tanned skin.
After drying off, Naomi puts on blue jean cut offs and a Beach Boys T-shirt over her swimsuit, then formally introduces herself. She apologizes for her dramatic entrance, but explains as a Naiad, she can only be out of the water for half a day at a time, tops.
Just then the waiter comes by and asks if you want an appetizer. Before you can say anything, Naomi orders ____________________ for the both of you.
