Marcus arrived at home on Friday night after a long working day at his job of software expert for the automotive industry. In front of the door of his small apartment he found some box. He wondered since he had no open order at Amazon or such and was not expecting anything currently.
Anyhow he took the box inside and opened it to find some tablet: on the box was no sender address or hint about the sender of this….
Marcus examined the tablet and started it and it showed the typical UI and starting screen of an Android tablet, but no specific app to be found, only one red icon with an R in some circle…
Still wondering Marcus clicked on the app symbol to start an application called “Reality Alteration”.
On the opening screen of this app Marcus found some prefilled profile and was finding his own name and description prefilled with very much detailed and true values. Wow, where does this tablet come from? Who knows almost all details about Marcus?
On the tabs Marcus found some option labeled as alternative Version owner and some others like alternative Version Person X-
Under the tab for the owner Marcus found the same values of his original profile but this time the fields were open to edit. Thinking that all of this is very strange Marcus tried to edit his name and for fun he changed it to “Marry”.
