Aiden ate that dinner, laced with a weight-gainer substance that Wyatt had somehow gotten a hold on, and he noticed immediately the funny taste. He acted jovial and generally enthusiastic, happy to receive a free dinner, even though it tasted funny.
Aiden's disarmingly friendly and energetic behavior at the dinner caught Dan and Wyatt off guard. Was this guy really as nasty as they had assumed? or were they simply stereotyping and hating Aiden for some perceived attitude that wasn't there? Aiden laughed and enjoyed himself, cracked jokes and made Dan and Wyatt laugh. Afterwards they even played some video games together.
