Being married to Evie is something I never imagined.
Her co-workers tell me that she's one of the highlights of working there. At home, she does half of the chores. In the bedroom, she's a sensitive and giving lover. And she positively dotes on our little girl, Michelle.
The three of us couldn't be closer. After all, Evie isn't just a partner; she's Michelle's biological father.

Adam was a good guy. He just had one problem. Well, technically, two problems, closely related: He was impotent, and he refused to see a doctor about it. I tried, you don't know how much I tried. But his male ego couldn't bear to admit that he had a problem. We talked about having a baby; but it's difficult to get pregnant when the two of you end up just lying there.
And it wasn't just a thing about doctors: He wouldn't even look at the over-the-counter stuff, not even those pills you find at the convenience store. That male ego again.
"Diane," my girlfriends would say, "just break up with him, and find a guy whose dick works." But I couldn't do that. I loved him, even if he couldn't get it up.
Nevertheless, there was still a problem; and, if Adam wouldn't address it, then I had to.
