The Incredibles

Dash Parr was the middle child of the world-famous Heroes, Mr Incredible and Elastigirl, who were still somewhat famous after sanctions had been placed on Heroes, making them go into hiding after public opinion turned against them for a year. At least until the Incredibles family stopped Syndrome's evil plans, where heroes began to get back some of their support.

Dash Parr had gained the power of Superspeed, which also affected his libido, making him horny all the time despite his young age. While he sometimes got in trouble at school and in public for using his superspeed to pull pranks, he was never caught for relying on his speed to spy on others and jerk himself off.

And while Dash had Superspeed and a Super Libido, he surprisingly could take a while to get off rather than be a quick shot as it were. Dash did not think that anyone could handle him if he tried anything with his power, apart from maybe another Super, which, since the only Supers he knew were members of his family and Uncle Lucious, Forzone, Dash would either have to content himself to jerk off to random strangers or try to have sex with a member of his family or Uncle Lucuis.

After turning twelve, when most kids his age started to really go through puberty, Dash found it harder and harder to get off by just jerking his cock.
