Happy Mother's day....Love, Mom

My beautiful daughter, whom I bore so young.
I did my best oh how I tried, yes I tried.
I know there were some times along the way,
I wasn't so sure that I could do it so right.

But I prayed to God that he show me just how
to raise this girl who'd someday be grown.
To give her the strength and show her just how
to follow your path and take it from there.

I gave to her all my of love as you have too.
You guided us both as to know what to do.
I take the credits but they're really for you.
I raised this daughter, my gift from above.

As I watch the woman; the mom she has become.
And as I am more proud with each passing day.
I thank you dear lord for her in every way.
