A melody shattered
The infamous walls of love
And made way
As its pure sound
Left trickles of sadness in its wake.

I could only follow every note so far,
My steps made careful around each drop
That rippled and cracked the road I walked upon.

The sheets of strong melodies
Whisked passed me unto the light shoulders
Of broken choirs and a single orchestra that
played within the halls of silence.

I saw this,
I heard this,
I felt this,
And I couldn't understand
As Babel shook and I fell to my knees.
