This is a poem that speaks about God through nature. |
| As the sun shines down on us I get this strange sensation That while its beams reign down on us God is smiling on our nation As the rain pours on our roofs I get this strange sensation That while the rain is so aloof God is crying on our nation As the wind blows through our hair I get this strange sensation That while it catches us unawares God is blowing through our nation As the tornado writes its path I get this strange sensation That while it screams out its wrath God is planning for our nation As the hail strikes from the sky I get this strange sensation That while its scary, I cannot lie God is humbling our nation As the lightning flashes bright I get this strange sensation That while it lights up the night God is gazing at our nation As the thunder rumbles loud I get this strange sensation That when our doubt may cloud God is speaking to our nation As the snow falls sparkling white I get this strange sensation That while this is such a sight God is laughing with our nation |
