Uncertainty, Confusion... Help!!!!

Uncertainty
It’s never felt like this before
This confusing array of doubt and fear
Self loathing and uncertainty about life
Where am I going?
Forget that - who the hell am I?
What do I want or even need?

Waking day in and day out
Wandering through the empty halls in my head
Smiling and laughing like it’s a normal day
But deep inside unsure and frightened
Waiting for a hint and a guide
For light to show me the way

Walking through doors and asking others
Is this the way?
Am I right or am I wrong?
Spiritual inspiration dried up and gone
Intellectual stimulation nothing but yesterday's dream
Creativity struggling to survive second by second

Where am I going and who am I?
What do I want or even need?
Why am I here and is there better?
Uncertainty, indecision, insecurity
My faithful companions in these crazy times.
