Lost Faith

A poem I wrote while I was questioning my faith.

Are you inside of me?
Because I can't feel you.
I call out to you,
I listen but I don't hear you.

I've looked for a sign,
But your light never shines.
They say have faith,
you'll see in time.

They say without you I'm nothing,
Just a hollow shell.
Just believe and ask no questions,
If you don't you'll go to hell.

They tell me you love me,
So how could this be?
God if you're there,
Sometimes I swear.
You just don't care about me.
