Fickle Love

This is a poem about some relationship troubles. No title yet maybe you could help

You told me you liked me
you told me you cared
but you took it all back
and people just stared.

I thought you were great,
I thought you were sweet.
I guess it's not fate
and my heart was just weak.

You made me smile
for a long, long while.
When we spent time together
it was such a splendor,

but you changed your mind.
That wasn't too kind.
You lead me on,
and now I'm gone.
