A practice of the positive that makes you glow inside
To focus on the little things and know that you're alive
To wonder at the way of life and know you're not alone
Breathe in and stretch, feel life expand without a groaning moan
No gripes, complaints or negative vibes shiver up my spine
For me I know that life is bliss if seen through visions fine
Slow down and see what's really there, what matters in your life
Your time is now, in present tense don't live with all the strife.
Take heart and focus on the pure and it will make you smile
Bask in your gifts and what you have, they last only a while
But in that while the pleasure peaks, the clouds do break apart
Heaven winks its all seeing eye, giving you quite a start
Glow in happiness, pass it on, life becomes much lighter
Your lightness will attract others and make the world whiter
White light of pure hearts fight the darkness shutting it away
All people come together now as peace does lead the way.
