A Cat Tale

A cat too clever for his own good.

A cat jumped on a CintAs truck;
This cat had a thing for uniforms.
He spent many long hours
thinking of a way
to enter the military;
Then late one afternoon he said,
“The hell with it!”
Once he found an old magazine
in the woods
with a picture of the Maytag Man;
He slept on it for three days.
When he woke up
two cats with thin lips
were staring at him.
“What do you want?!” he asked.
They backed up slowly,
slowly, then “Pruff!” They disappeared!
The next day
he hid in the mailbox
and waited for the mailman.
