Bad Habits


Ever notice how bad habits are connected …
even from one person to another?
Like chronic impatience when your partner is late
and you both always blaming each other?

Fortunately, the opposite is also true …
healthy habits beget more of the same.
If only we could learn to make the best choices
by making service to others the aim.
