Writing is Hell

Just a rant and rave I wrote when I had writer's block.

Writing is hell.
It is painful to sit with a pen in hand,
Knowing you want to say something,
But wondering how to say it.
How to make people sit up and listen?
How to make people realize:
"Hey! That's how I feel!"?
Or to make people think:
"Now why didn't I think of that?"
What do you write to make people laugh,
Or to make people cry?
What to write so that they'll remember you?
So that they will remember themselves.
