Just Leave

This is an entry for a contest where the word count has to be exactly 55.

"Just leave."
His words crashed through me like a wrecking ball. I felt tears beginning to well in my eyes. I took a breath and turned to look at him. He stared at me with eyes cold as steel. I looked at the ground and let my tears flow. Slowly, I turned and walked away.
