Blood Suckers, Etc.

A thought-provoking acrostic poem.

People, plants, animals, protozoa such as
Amoebae, insects, worms, bacteria, viruses – all
Represent life forms that can successfully live
At the expense of and to the detriment of others,
Sucking them dry, sapping their strength,
Injuring their hosts, stealing their lives.
(The dog with fleas and worms has them at a pair of sites.)
Every person has the potential for becoming one.
Strive to never let yourself live as such.
