Been weighing on my mind, have only just discovered how to say it.

WHAT WILL YOU DO, WHEN I SAY YES?




What will you do, when I say yes?
will you take me in the arms and
declare it to the world?
will you be so happy you
won't be able to contain yourself?
when I say yes?

Will you falter and realise
you've bitten off more than you
can chew?
Will your eyes give you away?
Will they tell me,
you're afraid?
When I say yes?

Will you sober up and regret you asked?
When I say yes?

Will it matter to you that it
took a lifetime, for me to say yes?

Are you happy just hoping,
that I'll say yes?

What will you do,
when I say yes?

At least one of us,
is afraid of that moment,
when I say yes.
