A missile was fired accidentally from the northern Indian city of Sirsa side → near its eastern city of Mian Channu in Pakistan earlier this week, the Defence Ministry said on Thursday.

The Ministry of Defence said →
"On 9 March 2022, in the course of routine maintenance, a technical malfunction led to the accidental firing of a missile. The Government of India has taken a serious view and ordered a high-level Court of Enquiry,"

"It is learnt that the missile landed in an area of Pakistan. While the incident is deeply regrettable, it is also a matter of relief that there has been no loss of life due to the accident,"
According to Pakistan→

The missile flew more than 100 km inside their airspace, at an altitude of 40,000 feet and at three times the speed of sound, before it landed. There was no warhead on the missile so it did not detonate.

Pakistan warned India→

"To be mindful of the unpleasant consequences of such negligence and take effective measures to avoid the recurrence of such violations in future".

But why Pak didn't intercept it? There are missiles which are stealth and escapes radar systems. But this flown at 40000 ft, do they have any radar surveillance systems?

You never know the missile may fired to test the capability of pakistan defense system and shown as mistake to world.

One day, a gentleman wearing a dhoti and a shawl was reciting the Bhagwat Gita in his mind while sitting on the sea shore of Chennai.

At that time a boy came there and said to him: "Do you still read such a book today in this age of science? Look, at this moment we have reached the moon. And whether you are stuck in this Gita, Ramayana."

The gentleman asked the boy: "What do you know about the Gita?"

The boy did not answer the question and said excitedly: "What will happen after reading all that. I am a student of Vikram Sarabhai Research Institute, I am a scientist ... This Gita lesson is useless."

The gentleman laughed when he heard the boy's words. Just then two huge cars came and stopped there. Some black commandos came down from one car and a soldier from the other car. The man dressed as a soldier opened the back door of the car, knocked a salute and stood by the car door. The gentleman who was reciting the Gita, got into the car at a slow pace and sat up.

The boy was shocked to see all this. I thought the man must renowned person. Unable to find anyone, the boy ran up to him and asked, "Sir ... Sir ... who are you?"

The gentleman said in a very calm voice: "I am Vikram Sarabhai."

The boy seemed to play a 440 volt shock.
Do you know who this boy was?
Dr. Abdul Kalam.
After that Dr. Kalam read * Bhagwat Gita *. Read Ramayana, Mahabharata and other books. And as a result of reading this Gita, Dr. Kalam promised not to eat meat for the rest of his life. He wrote in his autobiography, Gita
A science. The Gita, the Ramayana, the Mahabharata are a great proud pursuit of the Indians' own cultural heritage.

I liked it, so thought of sharing with you all.

Every successful person has a pain story, in his life. Every painful story had a successful ending in his life. So accept pain the pain and get ready for success.

Look forward with full of hope not backward with regret.

Never stop doing ur best, because someone doesn't understand it.... We need to do our best for our satisfaction not for others appreciation.

To be the subject of jealousy is the sign of failure and to be object of jealousy is the sign of success in life.

Don't look for support of others. Look for the support of your inner thoughts. You have been given a sufficient energy to be strong and strong in life by Supreme God.

Never hold honesty of a person against the person, otherwise no one will be honest with u also.

To understand pain you must you must know pain.

God said, "Adam, I want you to do something for Me."

Adam said, "Gladly, Lord, what do You want me to do ?"

God said, "Go down into that valley." Adam said, "What's a valley ?"

God explained it to him. Then God said, "Cross the river."

Adam said, "What's a river ?"

God explained that to him, and then said, "Go over to the hill....."

Adam said, "What is a hill ?"

So, God explained to Adam what a hill was. He told Adam, "On the other side of the hill you will find a cave."

Adam said, 'What's a cave ?'

After God explained, He said, "In the cave you will find a woman."

Adam said, "What's a woman ?'

So God explained that to him, too. Then, God said, 'I want you to reproduce."

Adam said, "How do I do that ?"

God first said (under His breath), "Geez....."

And then, just like everything else, God explained that to Adam, as well.

So, Adam goes down into the valley,

across the river, and over the hill, into the cave, and finds the woman.

Then, in about five minutes, he was back.

God, His patience wearing thin, said angrily, "What is it now ?"

And Adam said....

Life is a series of problems,, solving opportunities, the problem you face will either defeat you Or develop you depending on how you respond to them.

Life is a journey with problems to solve and lessons to learn. But most of all , experience to enjoy.

You can't solve a problem until you are asking the right question.

A positive attitude may not solve every problems but it makes solving any problem a more pleasant experience.

Life has taught me that you can't control someone's loyalty.

No matter how good you are to them doesn't mean they'll treat you the same. Sometimes the people you love the most, turn out to the people you can trust the least.

Some times when the people you love hurt you the most. It is better to stay quiet because, if your love was not enough..... Do you think your words will matter?

Don't even abuse a kind heart,, you may never be offered once again.

Work hard tremendous and show a way to win,, those persons who are waiting for your defeat in life.

A Russian Jew was finally allowed to emigrate to Israel.

At Moscow airport, customs found a Lenin statue in his baggage and asked, "What is this?"

The man replied, "What is this? Wrong question comrade. You should have asked : Who is he? This is Comrade Lenin. He laid the foundations of socialism and created the future and prosperity of the Russian people. I am taking it with me as a memory of our dear hero."

The Russian customs officer let him go without further inspection.

At Tel Aviv airport, the Israeli customs officer also asked our friend, "What is this?"

He replied, "What is this? Wrong question, Sir. You should be asking, 'Who is this?' This is Lenin, the fool who caused me, a Jew, to leave Russia. I take this statue with me so I can curse him every day."

The Israeli customs officer said, "I apologize, Sir, you are cleared to go"

Settling into his new house, he put the statue on a table. To celebrate his immigration, he invited his friends and relatives to dinner.

One of his friends asked, "Who is this?"
He replied, "My dear friend, 'Who is this' is a wrong question. You should have asked, What is this?
This is ten kilograms of solid gold that I managed to bring with me without paying any customs duty and tax."

MORAL :-

Politics is when you can tell the same thing in different ways to fool different audience, and steal their money and allow you to look good in every way.

(Somnambulist Skeins of Sleepless Mind)
God Bless Gen SF Rodrigues' Noble Soul. Though I never could meet him up close, I did come close to it. Notwithstanding my loss of not being able to meet a Chief at that early stage, I do owe a wonderful first visit to Idyllic Barot in Himachal Pradesh to Gen SF Rodriques.
In order to take a well deserved break from his hectic routine, he deigned to take 6 days of CL at a small village called Barot nestled in the salubrious environs of Himachal Pradesh. Barot is a village nestled in a beautiful valley against the backdrop of the majestic Dhauladhars on the banks of the fast flowing Uhl river, gushing to merge with the Beas much later.
The approach to Barot is either through a tedious winding road turning off near Jogindernager, or by an amazing feat of engineering where two sets of rails laid up the hill along the Fenstock run a trolley on ( Believe me ) Counter weights. This precarious journey too is divided into two parts, first from the Shannan electric project till a place called *Head Gear*, and secondly a steeper section ( reaching more than 44 degrees incline at some stretches) upto *Winch Camp*. From here after a short trail walk, it is a thrilling ride all the way down to Barot Village.
This idyllic village had an huge reservoir for running the turbines at the Shannan hydel plant Jogindernagar established in the 1940s by Britishers.
In the early 1990s Barot town was not on any tourist map. It was an exclusive Getaway for VVIPs. A comfy log Hut made by the British completed the picture as a scene straight out Swiss Alps. The delicious trout in the Uhl was abundant and the tiny kidney beans grown by the villagers, out of the world in taste.
The T2BSN teleprinters at Yol signal centre started clattering noisely, almost protesting against the disruption of peace which this short VVIP vacation was going to cause. Instructions to ensure availabilty of infallible communications INCASE required came from the highest level. With a caveat - we were to be *effectively Present, yet visibly Absent*. A whole division was soon going to descend into the Tiny Barot valley and become *Invisible* !
Our CO a seasoned Signaller and more cavalier than many cavaliers I came across in my career, called me to his office and told me that I would be solely incharge of providing this *Need Be* communication. Paucity of officers or considered as an exercise in futility, I was thrilled to escape and set out with only one clear mandate from my CO.
_A Chief never has a vacation and is always in Operation,_ so I should ensure that we are *Through at ALL TIMES* and *Invisible at That!*
If the COAS at any point of time needs communication then I should just emerge from the nearest bush and hand him the phone with Delhi at the other end. Tall order indeed! but then Failure or it Fear, rather its consequences seldom occupy a youngster's mind .
As a 2lt Lt fresh from YOs who was equally keen as an MTO, I was entrusted to carry two RR dets ( bulky 3 ton vehs) in that relatively dangerous terrain and establish a RR link to Yol with a Rptr at Sitingiri.
Extensive Power Balance calculations taking in account precarious FFZ (First Fresnel Zone) clearances and Multiple Knife edge Diffractions on numerous Path Profiles followed. My YOs instr would be proud!
The responsibility of organising the COAS' stay was eagerly, rightfully and thankfully taken over by the Artillery Bde at Alhilal which incidentally was the nearest Military formation.
The bemused GoC at Yol instructed the Bde Cdr to ensure that the famed Rainbow trout only should bite the bait which Mrs Jean Rodrigues would use whilst fishing, whilst the equally delicious Brown trout be advised to Stay Away till it found its way onto the plate. ( Local lads wading upstream were commissioned for this task I believe)
Then there was the difficult issue of getting the Right Red Wine with the White Meat and its corresponding White wine with Red meat ( A healthy porker from Dharamshala had been requisitioned)
All went as per plan. Each and every bush in Barot became some Fauji's abode. Hiding two 3 ton RR vehicles was a difficult task so we dismounted our equipmentt and dispatched these vehicles further up the road where we knew no one would come.
We never had to extend a call to the COAS for his entire stay, however I became very popular with numerous youngsters and even senior offrs from various Arms and Services as my Line to Delhi was always Through and the sweet voiced operators at Delhi were only to willing to extend us, youngsters late night calls to our girlfriends and let Romance remain in the Air! Barot brought more opportunities again when I was tasked to escort a General, his wife and their pretty young daughter to the Barot drawing from my vast experiences. Regardless to say I gained some fresh ones too! The visit went flawlessly with Trout from the trout farm making its presence felt again. The experience less the tension of providing communication worked well as well as the company. Romance was relived by the General and his wife and some did shower on us young souls too. Travelling down a hillside on an antiquated trolley left as a legacy by the Brits does make a young girl to cling to the nearest and only Captain seated besides you for her Life albeit not For Life !.

Before I went to sleep, my wife said to me: This Russia is such a bad country, If Ukraine wants to join Nato, it is their business and freedom, Russia has no right to intervene, this is just an excuse for Russia to invade Ukraine.
So I said nothing, I just went to the kitchen and took a knife to the bedside, then I said: Let’s go to sleep.
My wife looked at me with her wide eyes: What the heck are you doing, sleeping with a knife?!?!
I said: No worry, let’s go to sleep. Besides, sleeping with a knife is none of your business and it is my freedom.
My wife said: How can I sleep when you are sleeping with a knife? What if you accidentally cut me?
I said: Well, You don’t even trust your own husband, how can you expect Russia to trust Ukraine? Me sleeping with a knife is like Ukraine joining the Nato.

Can such an occasion come in my life again?
The closer I went to Ma the more I realised the heavenly bliss despite living in the midst of this thoroughly worldly atmosphere. Official duties were performed as they should have been. When people praised me for my work, I remembered that heavenly power which helped me. Arjun had won the war of Mahabharat with the help of that power. My tasks were just negligible when compared to that.
Strange happenings were taking place in the domestic sphere too. Once, my youngest daughter, Vandana, who is older than Gopal by an year and was four years old then, fell seriously ill. She was put under treatment, but there was no noticeable improvement. One night my wife saw that Ma was standing by the bedside and stroking the patient's body. She was startled. But, she told me that she had seen Ma when she was awake. Thereafter the daughter became alright, Such incidents should not be talked or written about. But such experiences have been the lot of thousand of other devotees. They cannot help rela ting them before others. It is only the spiritually advanced persons who can keep such incidents to them selves. The ordinary man is incapable of doing that.
Ma does not show miracles. The very advent of a great soul like Ma in this mortal world is in itself a miracle. I do not feel any hesitation in saying that the only difference between Ma and God is that we see Ma in physical form whereas God is invisible. This explains why a devotee when seized by some worldly calamity, invokes the help of Ma and She manifests Herself to remove his troubles. So far as I have been able to understand, such visions take place when one is in a state of
half wakefulness and half sleep. Once Gopal had an attack of diarrhoea. It was in acute form. The treatment was going on. One evening the condition became serious. I felt as if the doctors had also got nervous. My wife in this desparate state went to Ma, who was then in Kishenpur Ashram.
Ma listened sympathetically and as the very image of compassion said, "Give barley water if the doctors permit." Ma's nature is so gentle that She honours everyone and upholds his dignity. That is why while giving the divine medicine of Her blessings, She also advised to consult the doctors.
By this time we in the family had developed such faith in Ma that come what may we would do nothing contrary to Her wishes, The treatment suggested by Ma commenced. The night passed in great anxiety. But when mor ning dawned Gopal was completely cured. The doctors were surprised and equally satisfied when they examined Gopal and found that he had turned the corner.
This is a very minor illustration of Ma's love for Her children and limitless powers. There is nothing impossible for one who seeks the shelter of Ma.
Likewise, once my wife got some rashes on her face. She hesitated to go to Ma in this condition. But it is difficult to restrain oneself and stay back. She did go. When she was on the stairs she saw Ma coming down. Ma stopped midway and touch ing the rashes with Her hand asked, "What is this ?" When the wife returned home the rashes, had disappeared.
Such incidents confirm the powers possessed by saints to cure diseases. Great souls are born in this world to revive one's faith in the eternal religion and the great human values. Stories mentioned in the Shastras and the Puranas and the Bible which speak of miraculous cures effected by great saints should be read and accepted in this light.
Once Ma was in Vrindaban. Gopal fell sick in Dehradun. There was no improvement in his condition for several days. We spent several nights in great anxiety and remembered Ma.
Before Gopal was born his mother once went from Fatehpur for Ma's darshan. Nam Sankirtan was in progress at that time. Ma was also going round and singing the Name of the Lord along with other participants. My wife joined behind Her, and inwardly prayed for the boon of a male child and long life for him. At that very moment Ma looked back and gave her a flower. This was Her blessing for Gopal, and approximately nine months after he was born.
Gopal frequently fell ill in infancy. On such occasions we used to get very anxious. It happened this time too. In great distress we called out for Ma's help, and Gopal became alright in a trice.
Sometime later it was learnt from Herself that She was at Vrindaban and She saw Gopal running away in a certain direction. Just ahead there was a ditch and it was feared that he might fall into it; so Ma said, "This is our Gopal". She caught hold of him and thus saved him. She told of this to the inmates of the Vrindaban ashram at that time. Mrs. Sabharwal was the first person to tell this to us. Later, other girls told this to my wife, and when Ma came to Dehradun I heard this from Ma Herself.
This was the mystery behind the recovery of Gopal. The good Mother thus takes upon Her self the care of the welfare of Her devotees. Other devotees too have had similar experiences. Geographically one may be very far from Ma, it does not matter. One should be near in spirit.
Where has this compassionate Ma gone now ? Gopal was now about to complete his fourth year. His fourth birthday was drawing near. Ma was in Dehradun. As before, I was again desirous of inviting Ma to my house. Ma gave Her consent, and She came to the Collector's residence. The same kind of joyous festivities were observed again. Gopal's four elder sisters, Meenakshi, Kalpana, Archana and Vandana ran to and fro in sheer joy. Ma again occupied Her seat in the same place. Puja, arati and Kirtan were duly held, and hundreds of people had Ma's darshan.
I thought how lucky we were that Ma came to our house for a second time. Ma's visit to any one's house is not an ordinary event. I did not discover anything special in me; possibly this was the fruit of a previous life's merits. Or, it was just another example of Ma's compassion which She shows without any reason.
Gopal had now completed his fourth year. In my family, there is a custom according to which when a child enters his fifth year, he has to go through a tonsure ceremony. Traditionally this ceremony is performed at a place called Buxar in Unao district of U. P. on the bank of the Ganga where there is an ancient temple of Chandrika Devi. But being in government employ, I was subject to transfer from place to place, and that time I was in Dehradun in the very presence of the goddess incarnate, i.e. Ma. So the desire possessed us to perform this ceremony in Her own presence.
The request was made. Ma very kindly gave the required permission to have the function in the Ashram. The auspicious date and the auspicious moment were determined according to Ma's wishes. On the appointed day the members of my family along with a few relatives went to the Kishenpur ashram. All of us were puffed up with joy. A unique wave of bliss swept through our heart. Such joyous occasions in the family had occurred before also but the happiness we felt then was no match for the heavenly bliss we felt this time.
Ma had arranged for the tonsure ceremony to be held before the Shiva temple in the paved court yard. Ma had given special instructions to Mrs. Shanti Sabharwal about everything that was to be done, and the things which would be needed. She had issued directions about the minutest details. Ma manages everything so well that even the most intelligent householder can bear no comparison with Her. Ignorant persons can never understand how Ma who lives in an entirely different sphere the sphere of Brahma-handles so expertly worldly affairs like a common householder. In those days, Ma Herself actively managed and organised all the small and big functions held in the ashram. We just marvel at Her skill.
One thing more. Seeing Ma take interest in such ordinary matters even sages and wise men, let alone the ignoramuses, fall into a state of doubt and uncertainty about Her real self. In such a state the Tamasi individual begins to think poorly of Ma and the Rajasi is lost in thoughts. What, after all, is so peculiar in Ma that men just become restless to have Her darshan. Even some Sattwik persons in the conceit of their penance, austerities and attainments commit the sin of regarding Ma as inferior to them. The learned ones sometimes put questions to Her which merely betrays their pride. They also begin to expound the Shastras before Her because they know that Ma is not educated nor versed in the Shastric knowledge. Even the Tapaswi falls into the error of such improper behaviour.
On such occasions what Ma does and says is very strange and beyond comprehension by such persons. She is normally and naturally so simple and humble. But on these occasions She becomes even more humble and ignorant. The result of all this is that the person who behaves thus makes a laughing stock of himself.

So wonderful is my Ma !
