4. Write a list of things that make you happy.

It doesn’t take much to make me happy.

I’m happy when I like a story I’ve written.
I’m happy when I hear of any small success by any of my family.
I’m happy when my husband is happy. It makes for a harmonious household.
I’m happy when I see my dog enjoying chasing a rabbit.
