Once upon a time there was a princess who loved to read.Everyday,she would spend hours with her nose stuck in a book. One day, to her horror all the books vanished.She frantically searched through the castle.There was no sign of her books. Because of that,she actually took the time to look around the castle. Until finally,she made her way to the garden. It was then that she realized how much she had missed by being inside all the time reading.
I really enjoyed this poem. It was well written and makes one stop to think about their lives. It has a simplicity to it that grabs the reader and never lets them go. Anyone can enjoy reading this piece. I found it to be relatable as well as a joy to read.

I loved this poem. As an advocate against child abuse it really hit home with me. I wish there were more people who would take a stand against this senseless violence. This poem speaks well of how victims of child abuse are left feeling. It makes the reader stop and think what would I do in this situation. I found this poem interesting and enjoyable to read. It seems to me like you are comparing the oragutan and giraffe to two friends who often have small differences. It sounds like the giraffe is always putting the orangutan down and never really believing in her friend. It was very well written.
